The tender documents for each item can be obtained from the Store Officer (Purchase-I) by paying non-refundable amount of Rs.300.00 as cash or Rs.350.00 against DD in favour of ICAR-UNIT-NRCM payable at Solan. The prescribed earnest money should be attached with the tender by way of DD in favour of ICAR-UNIT-NRCM payable at any nationalized bank at Solan. The tenders shall be opened on due date in the presence of intending tenderers or their authorized representatives. The rates offered in the tender shall remain valid for 31.3.2009 from the date of opening of the tender. The Director, NRCM reserves the right to accept/reject any/all the tenders without assigning any reason. Telegraphic and incomplete tenders , tender without earnest money telegraphic, unsigned tenders and conditional tenders will not be accepted. Cutting/over writing in the tenders will make the tender liable for rejection unless it is duly and properly attested. If the opening date happens to be a closed holiday, next working day will be treated as opening day for the tenders.
Note:- The firms who are interested to download the Tender Document from our website. They must attach cost of Tender Documents i.e. Rs.350.00 through Demand Draft in favour of ICAR Unit-NRCM payable at any Nationalized Bank at Solan alongwith their Tender otherwise their tender will not be accepted.
